South Carolina’s most popular tourist destination every year, Myrtle Beach is an obvious road trip stop. It’s a great spot for the summer, but it’s just as beautiful in the spring and fall. Stroll the boardwalk, see a show, do some retail therapy—your options are limitless.
Some Quick Road Trip Tips:
- Keep your car clean before and during your trip—accumulated junk and filth will drive you mad while you travel.
- Make an outline of car maintenance places for each area you travel to. For example, in Greenville, know where some quality tire shops are in case you get a flat. Have these spots handy no matter which destination you’re headed to.
- Preload your phone with entertainment options—the radio gets tiring. Download podcasts, music, and audiobooks to listen to as you drive.
